The Panasonic TX-P42GT30B is part of Panasonic's latest range of 3D Televisions building on the previous generation and is part of Panasonic's new HighLine range of televisions. Utilising a single sheet of glass, the GT30 Series of Panasonic 3D Televisions create a stunning frameless design that can only be compared to an Apple iPhone. The 'one sheet of glass' design from Panasonic was created to deliver the best image quality possible.The Panasonic TX-P42GT30B builds on the success of the previous generation of televisions and introduces numerous of new technologies and enhancements. This 42 Inch 3D Plasma Television utilises Active 3D Technology, whereby the Active 3D Glasses (sold separately) do the magic to allow you to view the images displayed on the screen in 3D. Anti-crosstalk technology is used with the GT30 Series of television to minimize common crosstalk issues in 3D. This done by detecting when left images are displayed on the right image and is optimised to remove this information to provide a clear 3D image.Panasonic's Active 3D Glasses operate wirelessly from the 3D Plasma TV and display one Full HD 1080p image per eye to give a Full HD 3D experience. The glasses are stylish, comfortable and now re-chargeable meaning that you no longer need to replace batteries after a few dozen films. The glasses have been updated and now come in three form factors to suit any size of head.
